The Gaitonde Group believes that we have a responsibility to the society and the environment we operate in. This belief has led us to set up many institutions, from the Y.R.Gaitonde Medical, Educational and Research Foundation to eco-friendly water treatment systems. The foundation has helped set up a quality cardio thoracic surgery institute and YRG CARE, an institute involved in research, education and patient care in the field of HIV/AIDS. We contribute a fixed percentage of our turnover to the World Wildlife Fund.
